General FAQ

Follow this link (https://portal.nutrienequine.com.au/registerwhich will take you to the “Register” page where you will have to fill out a few simple details. After entering your details, you will receive an email confirming your new account. Please confirm your account via this email, then you will be able to head to the “Sign In” page to enter your email and the password you created on the “Register” page.

Step 1. Registration: On this page there are 3 options asking what kind of registration your horse is under; ASHS, AQHA, or not registered. Please respond to ONLY these options that apply by clicking “Yes” on the appropriate option. Therefore, if you have clicked on yes for either or both of registered options, do not also click on Not Registered.

Once you have done this, for registered horses you will need to fill in the “Registered Name”, “Registration Number”, and the “Studbook Web Link”. You can search for this link by clicking on the “Search AQHA/ASHS Studbook” button. Once you are either on the AQHA or ASHS online studbook, search for your horse by either entering its correct name or number. Once you have found the page that is relevant to your nominated horse, please copy the URL address (found in the box at the top of your computer screen) and paste it into the box under “Studbook Web Link” on the Nutrien page. Once these 3 fields are complete, please click “Save” and scroll down to click “Next” to continue the nominating process. *NOTE* You do not have to “Upload Certificate” if there is a web link in the “Studbook Web Link” box.

Step 2. Details: Please fill in the following details of your horse. Date of Birth, Sire, Dam, Colour, Height, Category/Sex, and trainer (if applicable). You do not have to upload a photo at this stage. We will keep vendors informed about when they will need to have their photos/videos uploaded once the horses have been catalogued. Remember to “Save” and hit “Next” over to Catalogue & Performance.

Step 3. Catalogue & Performance: To complete this section, you MUST enter your comments into the “Catalogue Information” box. This will be printed in the sale catalogue and you have a maximum of 40 words to work with. You will be able to amend this “Catalogue Information” for the next couple of weeks before we go to print with the catalogue; we will be in contact via email to inform you of when the deadline is for this. We encourage vendors to add any extra achievements or information into the “Performance Information” box. Vendors will be able to add, change or edit this box up until and during the 2022 Classic Sale. The “Performance Information” box will be published in the online catalogue and has no maximum on a word count. Hit “Save” and move onto the “Payment Options”.

Step 4. Payment Options: Your “Nomination Fee Payment Option” should already be set up. If not, please select one of the options to be able to continue on. We don’t require payment at this very moment; we will send you an invoice over the coming weeks once sale nominations are accepted by Nutrien Equine.

Step 5. Terms & Conditions: The final stage of nominating your sale horse. Please read the Terms & Conditions through and tick the little green box underneath on the left-hand side of the document to accept. Click submit and your nomination is done!

If you are hearing two lots of audio it may mean you have two browsers open at the same time. Close all your internet browsers and open only one page with the Australian Equine Network. This should fix that issue.

Our recommended browsers are Chrome (google). Internet Explorer seems to have issues, so please download Chrome to play the webcast. PLEASE make sure you have the lastest version of google Chrome.
