Last Friday at Geelong the 3yo Rock N Roll Heaven gelding Rocknroll Rocket won his first race to give his dam Anybeach Anywhere her first winner.
Driven by Ewa Justice for her trainer father John Justice, Rocknroll Rocket worked his way to the lead from a wide draw before going on to win from Jilliby Ryder and Ears The Boss running the mile in 1:59.0 and sprinting over the final quarter in 27.9 seconds.
His breeder Steven Papaioanou was particularly pleased with the result as he is offering a Lather Up half-brother to Rocknroll Rocket as Lot 336 in the 2025 Nutrien Yearling Sale on April 13.
Lot 336 is the third live foal from the winning Somebeachsomewhere mare Anybeach Anywhere which won four races as a 3yo and was placed in a heat of the Victoria Oaks.
Anybeach Anywhere is a half-sister to four winners including Markey Oh Markey which won 23 races and $163,934.
The grand-dam of Lot 336 is the dual Group One Ladyship Mile and three-time Newcastle Mile winner Sabilize whose 31 wins earner $355,056.
An imported American mare, Sabilize was to produce the 2011 Australian 3yo Colt/Gelding of the Year Sushi Sushi, which earned $1,103,327 from 27 wins, along with the dam of the multiple Group One winning mare Our Golden Goddess which won 17 races and $442,410.
Lot 336 is being prepared for the Victorian sale by Monique Burnett who can be contacted on 0499 084 095 to arrange a pre-sale inspection.
